    Getting Started With The HIVE Real Estate Team

    The first time you meet with a member of The HIVE real estate team, we will discuss what your selling objectives are. This is a good time to ask questions, and we will give you an idea of what to expect during the selling process. As realtors, we know the best improvements you can make before listing your home for sale. The goal is to showcase your property at it's best and get a high return on the improvements made. At last, we will provide you with a complete Competitive Marketing Analysis (CMA) for your property. This will show you properties similar to yours and near your home that have sold over the last year and gives a good idea of what you can expect once your home is on the market.

    When you are ready, we will review and sign a standard listing agreement and complete all of the mandatory disclosure forms. Some cities and counties require different inspections prior to selling your home. Our team will keep you updated on what is required throughout the entire process of selling your home.

    Preparing Your Home For Sale

    Knowing how to showcase and accentuate the best features of your home, without incurring unnecessary expense, is at the core of what we do. As we tour your home, we take the time to learn about it, address your questions and needs, provide more information about our marketing strategies, share market insights, and decide next steps for selling your home.

    Determining List Price

    Establishing the value and list price for your property involves researching and comparing similar properties and weighing factors including location, condition, amenities, and market conditions.     Processing the Sale and Closing

    Once your home is in escrow we will prepare all seller required disclosures and reports and arrange for a Title Company to process the transaction. Communication between us is imperative and we can assure you that you will be informed every step of the way.

    Congratulations, you have now sold your home! We will provide you with helpful moving tips and tricks and also be there to answer any questions that arise. We are always available to help you should a question arise after the close of escrow and we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
