The HIVE Fund is our donor-advised fund through the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation. When clients hire The HIVE to help them buy or sell a home, we make a donation to a nonprofit selected by our clients.
Who chooses the nonprofit?
Our clients choose the nonprofit. Many select a local Twin Cities organization, while others choose a cause connected to their family, neighborhood, or values.
Do you work with buyers and sellers outside Minneapolis and Saint Paul?
Yes. Our real estate team serves Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and surrounding Twin Cities communities, including suburbs throughout the metro area.
